Much of the snow had just melted and so some trails were just recently opened. Very cool to see all of the melting snow in distant waterfalls.

Hike up past some alpine lakes. We didn’t go all the way up to Pear Lake since that’s a bit long for a day hike and the status of snow was still a bit unknown.

We were lucky and this trail had just opened up that day. Very cool trail with amazing views. Some of the technical parts were very exposed and so kinda scary but worth it.
